    Forward Command button on form (Outlook 2003)

    I give up. I have been using a MS Outlook form that I created a few years back using 97. I just upgraded to MS Office 2000, 2002, 2003 and now my form doesnt work right. I has to do with the command button that will forward the message to other people. This is what I used to use know I just dont know anymore. Feel like giving up on this.

    '-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
    Sub Forward1
    Item.To = "Operations Request"
    Item.SentOnBehalfOfName = strCAD
    Item.Send
    End sub
    '-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

    I want to add the new pages for different Dept. to check. As they are verified, I want them to then forward the form the next person. I have about 3 pages/commands where I want this done. How is it done??????

    What error do you get? I don't develop custom Forms, so I may be off track. With a MailItem under VBA, there is no 'To' Property or Method, you have to use the Recipients.Add Method, such as:

    MailItem.Recipients.Add("someone@mycompany.com")
    -John ... I float in liquid gardens
    UTC -7ąDS

    With the new security setup by MS. All I get is the button not working. I believe that all VB functions are stop at this time. It has something to do with one-off forms. The recipients are all inhouse so just their names will be entered.

    This article might help: Outlook does not run VBScript code when you open an item.
