Report shows dates only to 3th december (Access 2000)

Can somebody help me explain why the data in my report have stopped at 3 december,
even though the table is full up to today? I work by choosing in the form the month
december and the number of the office = 7.
On clicking december and Nr 7 of the Option list,i open the report, shoiwing data only up to 3 december.
i will appreciate any help.I attach the report ad the tables.

The records for afid=7 are all for December 1, 2 or 3. The other records in the table have no value for afid, so they are not included in the report.
