Turning on log-in message (XP SP1)

Some time ago I found an easy way to turn on message box that appears as you log-in. It pops up after the log-in dialog box. It's usually used to state the system policies of the company and then the user must click Ok that they agree. It's been quite some time since I used this feature and now I can't seem to find where you turn it on and type in your message. Gettin' old I guess <G>. Anyone help me out here?

Try creating the registry keys LegalNoticeText and LegalNoticeCaption in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWinlogon. Set the text values of the new keys to control the text shown in in the message box.

Thanks. That should do it. I recall some kind of check box, but this should work. I've looked in the group policies and don't see what I recall. Gettin' old, I guess <G>
