MOS/MCDBA Training? (Office XP)

Howdy all, got a fairly simple question, just looking for opinions...I'm going to be getting out of the Marine Corps here in a little while, and I'm trying to get my MOS and MCDBA Certifications (MOS first..) to help me with at least a part time job or contract jobs. I want to do something along the lines of database architect, database administrator, or worse comes to worst, data entry clerk. My questions are: 1) Where can I find *portable* training solutions (as I'll be deploying to Iraq soon, and want to study while deplyoed); 2) What other certification suggestions/training requirements do you foresee me needing? and; 3) How can I get that extra training? Money isn't really a problem, I'll spend my entire tax return on cds or whatever...I just want something you see as worthwhile. I've got the time and determination, I just need a boot in the right direction - - thanks!

Have you tried doing a search on the Lounge (All Forums) using one or more of the following words: ""certification", "certified" and "Microsoft"? There have been occasional postings about online training - some of it enthusiastic, some of it less so. The best of luck with your deployment. HTH
