Misaligned Table of Contents (Word 2000 (SR-1))

I worked on a lengthy document today that's set up with outline numbering linked to styles. The Table of Contents is created from the styles. When I generate the TOC, Word is putting in a direct tab stop in the 4th level of the TOC that is preventing some of the page numbers from aligning over on the right. I can't figure out where it's getting a direct tab setting from. It's definitely not in the TOC 4 style. How can I prevent Word from putting in that tab stop when the TOC is generated?

    Thanks much!

See if Whenever I update my Table of Contents it acquires unwanted tabs, and I have to press Ctrl+Q to get rid of them on the Word MVP site helps. Among other things, it contains a macro that should correct the problem.
