    Datasheet Headers/Footers (Access 2003)

As a trainer it's sometimes a requirement to have students print Table datasheets. Unfortunately, the Headers and Footers are, by default, the Table name, Current Date and Page Number. Is there any way (simple or otherwise) that the user can change these headers/footers before printing? For example, adding the students name, class number etc? It's simple when using forms or reports but what about datasheets? Thanks in advance for any info.

The page header/footer of tables, queries and datasheet forms cannot be customized. Why don't you let the students create a tabular report and have them print that?

Thanks Hans for confirming what I thought; you can't change default datasheet headers/footers. As for a tabular report, they haven't covered reports yet so I hesitate to get into that at this time. So I'll probably go back to the Select, Copy and Paste (into Word) procedure I've used in the past. Thanks again.
