File encryption prog. (WXpHE)

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced file encryption programme please?

My personal preference is the freeware version of PGP.

TrueCrypt - Free Open-Source On-The-Fly Disk Encryption for Windows XP/2000/2003 is .

Encryption For The Masses v2.02a is ware that I've often seen recommended, but haven't tried myself.

Personally, I use ScramDisk, but I don't think it runs on XP or supports NTFS.

I'll second Stuart's recommendation. It seems they have released version 8. The last I tried was PGP 7, but I liked PGP 6 very much because of a program (PGP Disk) that came bundled with it at no cost.
Cons of version 6: no SDAs (Self Decrypting Archives) feature;
Pros of version 6: PGP Disk, which lets you create an encrypted virtual disk which you mount / unmount at will;
Cons of version 7: lack of PGP Disk;
Pros of version 7: well, SDAs.
The version I refer to as "version 6" is in fact PGP 6.0.2i , which is listed as a Win95/98/NT program, but it also worked for me under WinXP.

Just FYI, the documentation is extensive and well-written (at least for PGP 7).
