    Cell Contents not Visible (2000)

When a large amount of text is entered into a cell, (greater than 300 characters of text) with wrap enabled,
The full contents of the cell is not visible unless you double click the cell.
When you click on the cell, the formula bar expands and you can see the full entry.
But you cannot see the full entry in the spreadsheet area - in the cell - unless you double click it.
Is that how it is supposed to work?

See <!post=Legare's post 347170,347170>Legare's post 347170<!/post>. To display more than 1k characters you will need to use a textbox or an embedded document.

Yes. According to Description of Excel 2000 specifications, the maximum length of cell contents is 32,767 characters, but only 1,024 display in the cell itself; all 32,767 display in the formula bar.
