why the line is copied to start another... (2000 sr 1)

Great Hans, this si your old macro...
I have arranged for my new work....
The macro delete antire line from sheet CDI_50 and put the related line in to sheet CDI_50_PAGATI with this condition:
    If wshSource.Range("W" & lngSourceRow) = "1" Or wshSource.Range("W" & lngSourceRow) = "2" Or wshSource.Range("W" & lngSourceRow) = "3" Then

but the copy of the line deleted not start from the line 7 of the sheet CDI_50_PAGATI but init the past from the line 48...
    Boh?!

When I run the macro in the workbook you appended, the copied rows start in row 7. <img src=/S/scratch.gif border=0 alt=scratch width=25 height=29>
