    windows key (xp)

    how can I reassign the shortcut using the Windows key? for instance Windows Key + E by defaut open the Windows Explorer, I would like to change it by another program.

    WinKey is a free program that allows you to assign shortcuts using the Windows key though you can not change the standard shortcuts.

    If you have a Microsoft keyboard, check out Intellitype 5.2 at Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Hardware - Software. You can also check out Download details: Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator (MSKLC) Version 1.3.4073.
