    blanks in bar chart (XP)

Happy new year to all of you
I have been asked to create a rather large bar chart. People will fill the questionnaire out and email me the results. Most have 5 results.. seldom - sometimes etc.
One of the charts only has entries in the first column and the last.
It has very hard to determine where the bars belong. Is there a way I can delete/remove the spaces between the bars, so its obvious where the reuslts belong.
I find this hard to explain so I have attached a simple chart.

    You can remove them:
1)get rid of the other entries which have not data

    2)Reorder the series:
    Dbl-click one of the series
    click on series order (tab)
    Select the Often and <moveUp>
    or
    select the N/A and <move down>

    3) add horiz gridlines to mark the Questions better
    Right click on chart
    Choose chart options
    Gridlines(tab)
    Choose "major axis" for category(x)
