Microsoft KnowledgeBase (97/SR-2)

I am trying to access several articles about hyperlinks in Word 97 on the Microsoft KnowledgeBase. Although they are listed when I do a search for them, when I click on the link in the Search results, I get a Proxy Report that "The DNS name server for the host specified in your URL could not be contacted. "

Does anyone know if the Word 97 KB articles are no longer available on Microsoft? If they are not available, is there another source for them?

The KnowledgeBase servers are down from time to time (just like the Lounge <img src=/S/sad.gif border=0 alt=sad width=15 height=15>). I can get to articles such as WD97: General Information About Hyperlinks in Word without problems. If you still can't reach them, could there be a security setting that prevents you from going to the Knowledge Base? Can you get to other MSKB articles (not about Word 97)? If you posted a specific MSKB number you have problems with, others could test it..
