Find/Replace Within Multiple Documents (2003)

I have a folder that contains about 100 Word documents and am trying to find a way that I can quickly search them all to see if a given style has been used (without having to open each one and check!).

To my knowledge there isn't a way of doing this within Word, so does anyone know of any third-party find/replace tool that might help?

You will have to open the document in some way or other to find out whether a style has been used. Might as well use Word to do so. See the thread starting at <post#=45085>post 45085</post#>. It's about finding out whether a particular font is used, it would be easy to adapt it for finding a style.
