    Query Question (Office 2003)

I am using a database query to suck records out of an Access 2003 db. The Access file has 57 records. However, when I run the db query in Excell it only pulls in the first 45 records. Any suggestions as to why the query stops? There are no conditions or criteria in the query other than specifying which fields to be copied from each record. Also, I can't find any significant differences between, say, record 45 and 46. They are all in the same table in Access.

I can't find anything about this. Would it be possible to attach a sanitized stripped down version of the database? We probably only need the table and the query.

    Re: Query Question (Office 2003)

    Hi Hans,

I figured it out. My query was pulling data from two related tables that had a simple one-to-one join whereas they should have had a one-to-many join. Once I changed the join the query delivered the proper number of records.

Thanks for making me think more about it.
