db file duplicate (Front Page 2003)

When I go to publish I receive a message that a file (Thumbs.db) in my local image folder has changed and do I want to replace this file on the remote site. I can see this file in FrontPage when viewing the local and remote Web sites, but I can not see it when viewing the image folder in FrontPage or in Windows Explorer. What is this db file and what should I do with it - replace in on the remote site or ignore?

See <post#=288833>post 288833</post#> from <!profile=cowboydawg>cowboydawg<!/profile> for an explanation. You should ignore it when you publish.

Or I guess you could just publish it as it was published before and no harm seems to have been done. Based on the post you refer to (a PC Magazine article) Window is just going to continue to update this thumbnail database file. My guess is either choice will work.
