Changed keyboard shortcut (Office 2003 Standard)

In the past Ctrl+PageUp or PageDown would take you to the top or bottom of the page. When I use this shortcut now I get a message window that says "Word has finished searching the document"? Is this shortcut no longer valid?

Re: Changed keyboard shortcut (Office 2003 Standar

The Ctrl+PageUp or PageDown shortcuts will search through a document based on what you have selected in "Select Browse Object"

On the bottom right corner of Word just below the scroll bar are a couple of double arrows and a small circle. If you click on the small circle and it brings up the "Select Browse Object" options. If you select "Browse by Page" (top right option) the shortcuts will again scroll up & down by a page.

The attached picture should make it clearer.

It works as designed on my system. First, try a "Detect and Repair" from the Help menu. If this doesn''t work, have a look at <!post= Systematic Approach to Behavioral Problems in Word,197827> Systematic Approach to Behavioral Problems in Word<!/post> .

edited to add: I missed the most obvious solution as described in Tony's post. That's the one to try first.
