Can't find tracked changes in Print Layout (Word 2003)

    Hi

In Print Layout view, "Accept or Reject Changes" is sometimes not finding anything even though there are more tracked changes later in the document. If you switch to Normal view, it does find the changes. Might be something to do with tables?

I've search Woody's and Microsoft, but can't find anything. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a solution (apart from always doing "Accept or Reject Changes" in Normal view)?

    Thanks
    Dale

    Hi, Dale!

<img src=/S/shrug.gif border=0 alt=shrug width=39 height=15> That does sound odd. I have seen corrupt tables cause issues with tracked changes and third-party redlining software, but I haven't heard of this one. If you have access to multiple computers (and I suspect you do <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>) you can see if this happens on another computer with the same version of Word to see if it's the document or the computer. Assuming it isn't a document-specific issue then I would use Phil's Systematic Approach to Behavioral Problems in Word Star Post.
