    Delete Multiple Macros (Excel 2002)

    Hi

Is there a way to delete multiple macros or do you have to delete one at a time?

    Hello Braddy!

What do you mean by deleting multiple macros? Do you intend to delete multiple modules? If this was the question, the answer would be you have to erase them one by one.

    Best regards, Porley

You can delete an entire module by rightclicking on its entry in the project explorer window and choosing Remove module. Or you can simply select the subs you want to delete in the module's window and hit the del key.

If you want to do it with code, Chip Pearson has example VB routines for Programming To The VBE

    Hi Jan Karl

This would be done by some one who would not go into project explorer, so I guess its one at time.

    Thanks to all who replied

    I don't understand.
If they "would not go into project explorer" how are they going to find the correct module to delete the code "one at a time"?

    Hi Steve

They would go to tools / Macro / Delete.

    <img src=/S/blush.gif border=0 alt=blush width=15 height=15>I didn't think about this method...

There are so many procedures that may not be listed and it will not delete the module itself so can't eliminate the "macro warning" that I never use this option...
