    Explorer opens C drive branch auto

    Can anyone please tell me how to make the explorer only open the 'My Computor' branch of the tree and leave all the drives closed.

    Hold down Shift and double click My Computer.

    That's another neat trick to try and remember.
    But on my W2K, it also opens up IE!

    Cut-n-paste it into Start>Run or create a shortcut with that line as the target. Here's a useful link to the command line parameters for some Windows and DOS programs:
