Cursor Size

(Edited by Leif on 20-Jan-05 16:51. Moved from the Windows NT Forum as I think it will benefit from a wider audience here.)
I've involved in several weeks of presentations and need a larger cursor (NOT animated) for use with the overhead projector. I can't download anything that is an exe file so am restricted from getting anything from a freeware site. Does anyone have a large, bold cursor (*.cur) that you could send to me?

Thanks,
Caroline

Not quite sure of what you need, but this .ZIP (not .exe) ware download contains a large .CUR arrow. There are plenty of similar zipped offerings on Anicursor - Special Cursors, some animated, but many not.

Re: Cursor Size

What is your OS?
IF it was moved from the NT board, is it Windows NT?

If XP, have you checked the cursors available right within XP itself?
Go to Control Panel>addremove windows components>accesories and utilities>details>accesories (again)>details ( again) check mouse pointers box. OK out.
Then control panel>mouse>pointers, click the scheme drop down and there are at least twenty different types of cursors, standard, large and extra large to select.

If you have NT, there MAY be a similar group available.

Long ago, there was a time when men cursed and beat on the ground with sticks. It was called witchcraft.
Today it is called golf!
