Draft Mode - Print (Word 2003)

I have a (simple, I hope ) question for you: Is there a way in Word to make my printer ALWAYS print in draft quality unless I change it back to normal? I can

Tools, Options, Print, Draft Output in Word should set this in Normal template, but I might consider adding a new printer in Windows (Start, Settings, Printers & Faxes) that would be the same as my regular printer, except making sure the default is set to Econo-mode or Toner Saver inside the printer "driver settings" and making that my default printer. Does your printer come with configuring software?

You should be able to access your printer settings from Control Panel>Printers and Faxes. Right Click on your printer icon and select "properties". Then click the "Advanced" tab and select "Printing Defaults".
