Attempting to access addresses (Office XP/Win XP)

    Hi gang,
When sending and receiving I get a message box from Outlook saying "A program is trying to access the e-mail addresses saved in Outlook. Do you want to do this? Authorise access for X minutes" .
I scanned for viruses. I have my anti-virus scan when I get e-mails. I am as sure as I can be that there is no virus.
What could I do to fix this?

    tks

    Ms. JC,

I see this happen regularly on my Office XP system, and it is due to a 3rd party plug-in running, which in my case is Norton's AnitSpam software. Do you have any software that acts as a plug-in with OL? I am not sure in either case whether there is a way to turn this off, or not. Maybe one of the more seasoned experts can help.
