    XP, AD and printing (SP2)

I am currently writing a new group policy in AD for Windows XP workstations. The problem is when a user logs into an XP workstation and tries to add a local printer the option is greyed out. This has only happened since I applied the group policies to the user and workstation

Did you disable access to the Control Panel? Check the policy under User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Control Panel and User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Control Panel | Printers on a workstation to see if it has been changed.

I've checked all those, nothing has been disabled

What are you trying to do with the AD policy?

Lock down the desktop, which includes a few settings in Control Panel but nothing specifically for printers

Specifically, what policies did you set?
