sync folder file

Hi,
i have alots of subfolder 01,02,03... with everyday new files with current day added in main folder c:file.. eg:
FROM
c:file01abc_2005_01_10.txt
c:file02xyz_2005_01_10.txt
...

how can i write a .bat file to perform copying all of only the current day file to another drive with
same folder.
eg:
TO
d:file01abc_2005_01_10.txt
d:file02xyz_2005_01_10.txt
...

Thanks

Re: sync folder file

I have a few questions:

a) do the sub-folder names go from 01, 02 ...09, 10, 11, 12 (or, alternatively, what is the maximum number in the subfolder name?)
will it always be the case that the files have a filename corresponding to the day on which they were created, eg for today we could have a file
C:FILE07This is a file_2005_01_29.txt
c) What version of Windows are you running? (I assume it is Windows 2000?)

Thanks

John
