    Office Page Settings (Office XP)

Why do the settings you make in page setup of Word or Excel over-ride others default printing? For example, I set up an Excel worksheet and through page setup tell it to print to bin 4 of my printer mailbox. I then send the document to a co-worker who prints to bin 2 on the same printer. When he opens the sheet and clicks print, it prints to bin 4, not his default setting of bin 2.

Obviously what you do in page setup in Word and Excel over-rides default printer settings who receive your documents. I don't understand why. Any answers out there?
