    Large .mdb file (Excel 2002)

I have a large (2.5G) .mdb file that I would like to open. I'd prefer to use Excel but believe the file is too large. Is there a way to divide the database into smaller, more manageable files at this point?

You can build a query to limit the number of records returned to Excel: Data, Get External Data, New Database query.

Thanks for the help. It worked like a charm after a short struggle.
