For Outlook users on an Exchange Server, is there a way to prevent users from being able to create PST files? Something in group policy I can't find?

I believe that the only way you can do this is by limiting what the End User can do on their hard drive. In other words, I don't believe it's an Exchange configuration issue. If you had everyone on Terminal Servers and/or Outlook Web Access. it would probably be a different matter. HTH
