Simple macro to reset fields upon open (Word 2003)

I know this exists, in fact I think I used to know the commands, but I need a simple macro to reset any fields upon opening a Word form. There's a date and time field in my form and it seems to hold the date and time from the last person who used it which confuses some (as they don't realize that the fields will update when the print the form). I thought it might be nice to just update them up front with the correct date and time.

    Thanks for the help.

See WD2000: How to Automatically Update Fields - it'll work in Word 2003 too.
