    Security configuration (Outlook 2000 SP3)

Is there a way of configuring the security settings in Outlook 2000 to let it know that a particular program (an accounting package) on the PC is "OK" to send out automatic emails (remittance advices to suppliers)?

Currently I get a message for each and every one of the remittance advices asking me whether it's OK for the email to be sent.

    Any advice would be appreciated.
