not a valid office addin

When Outlook 2000 loads I get a message box that says:

misc local drive path namesaddinswfoladin.dll is not a valid office add-in.

the only choice is to click on okay and go on. it doesn't seem to effect the operation of outlook.

How can I get rid of this message?

Outlook 2000, Windows 2000

that looks like a winfax dll. see Q240230 in the ms knowledge base.
short version is to copy the Wfoladin.dll file to the Addins folder. See the KB for the complete details.

I just developed the same "problem" about 2 weeks ago. Have been running Outlook and WinFax for several years, so am curious if anyone knows why a message like that would "just show up". I copied the file to the Addins folder and that gets rid of the error message upon startup of Outlook 2000.
