    Date Text (2000)

Problem: Column A contains 10 days of a month (numerical). Same rows as columnA in column B contain the numerical value of the month, and same rows in column C contain the numerical year. What I would like to do in column D is insert a formula in each of the cells that correspond with entries in columns A-C that would return the day of the week of the day in Column A. Any help?

    Re: Date Text (2000)

Use this formula =DATE(C1,B1,A1) in Cell D1 and copy the formula down. this will give you a date not a text entry

Next you will need to format the column to display the day of the week
    Choose Format Cells
    Select the Custom category
Create a new custom format dddd
Format column D using the new custom format.
Format the cells using a custom format you create dddd

    Hope this is helpful
