    Aggregate Query (2003)

I have a aggregate query with the sum of the sales and the sum of the margins per year. I would like to calculate the margins in % and I have added a column in the query with the calculation margins/sales. Unfortunately I don't have the results of the sum(margins)/sum(sales).
I know that I can put the results of the query in a form and have a calculated field for the margin in percent but with this way I can't sort on the calculated field and I need to sort the results on the margins in percent.
    How can I do?
    Regards,
    Marcel

If I understand your description correctly, you want to calculate the margin percentage per year. You can do this by creating a new query based on the totals query you already have. In the new query, you can add a calculated column Perc: [SumOfMargins]/[SumOfSales] (with the appropriate field names substituted). Set the Format of this column to Percent.
