Activate function palette from VBA (Excel 2000 >)

Is it possible to activate the function palette using VBA? For example: Someone runs a macro that will pause and activate the sum function palette. After the arguments are supplied, the macro calculates a value, and then uses that value in further actions.

You can display the function wizard from VBA:

    Application.Dialogs(xlDialogFunctionWizard).Show

It will act on the active cell. If the user selects a function, specifies arguments and clicks OK, the result will be a formula in the active cell. You can inspect ActiveCell.Formula in your code.
