Track Changes but stop acceptance (2003)

I am about to start my first electronic review process using a Word document on a shared drive. I want reviewers to make changes and add comments, using Track Changes. But I don't want reviewers to Accept/Reject Changes or Delete Comments. I need to resolve the changes/comments and do the actual Accept/Reject or Delete step myself. Is this automatic, that only the "author" can accept/reject? Or do I need to somehow allow my reviewers the ability to make changes but lock them out of accepting them? I found that the Word documentation is unclear on this.

Set the checkbox at Tools > Protect Document > Editing Restrictions > Tracked Changes.

You can add a password to prevent users from removing the protection.

Thanks, Stuart. I will try that!
