    Notify From Another Mailbox (XP; SR3)

    On the Exchange server I have a generic account (let's call this account "A. What I would like to do is setup a rule that would notify me (account "B") of any incoming messages to account "A".

    I know a client notification rule can be setup based on certain addresses, content and etc. The client rule is for the specified account only such as account "B".

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    If Account B is also on Exchange Server, you would be best off talking to IT Admin - or is it an "outside" address?

    Account "A and B" reside on the Exchange Server. I take it this is a server rule.

    Thanks,

    I'm not sure if the Item_Add Event is available in Outlook XP, but if it is you could consider using it.

    I have a separate e-Fax mailbox that doesn't fire a message if an e-Fax is received, so in Outlook 2003 this code, placed in the "ThisOutlookSession" module, triggers a message:

    Option Explicit

    Public WithEvents itmsFaxes As Outlook.Items

    Private Sub Application_Startup()
    Set itmsFaxes = Outlook.Session.Folders("Mailbox
