    Reminder Error (Office 2003 SP1)

Got this error after syncing on intranets.com.

"There was a problem reading one or more of your reminders. Some reminders may not appear. Cannot locate recurrence information for this appointment."

Any ideas on how I can track this down without opening all of my former, current, and future appointments?

    Thanks,

    --Jim

It sounds as though only recurring appointments would be affected, if that helps narrow it down.

I don't know anything about intranets.com, but you could also try the suggestion in <post#=414957>post 414957</post#> WITH ONLY the /cleanreminders switch, the /cleanfreebusy switch only applies to Exchange server. See also intranets.com Sync FAQs.

The /cleanreminders switch opened up the clog so I could go thru and acknowledge all the overdue reminders ... I'm guessing it took care of it.

Re: Reminder Error (Office 2003 SP1)

    Hi.

I had the same problem which appears to have arrived c/o a recurring appointment delete on my Palm. I tried the fix and no longer get that message, but what I now get is a message that the Reminder service cannot be started.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Stuart
