    Report Printing (2002 sr3)

I've a report created with various fields showin in columns.
The issue is that it shows onscreen correctly, however, when printed, letter are cut off on the right of each field.
this is not an issue with the margins of the page, as there is cut-off even in fiellds that are to the left side. Is there any padding that happens when printing and is there any way to make it print the way it shows on screen, without cutting off letters?

Try setting the right margin of the text boxes to a small positive value, e.g. 0.05"

I'm still getting the cut-off effect.
I had already changed the right margin. I tried it again, but still get the cutting off of letters.

    Just guessing here.
Have you tried with another printer (if you have one available) ?
Have you the latest printer driver for your printer ?

    Re: Report Printing (2002 sr3)

I have tried the HP printers and the Xerox printer ...made sure there is no fit to page or scaling on. I've also printed to Acrobat which gets me the same cut-offs...

In the format properties of the textbox you can adjust the margins.
Have you tried to set the right margin to something greater then the default 0 ?
