    Envelope-Default return address (Word 2000 (SP3))

I printed an envelope for a fellow-employee recently and inserted his return address. The envelopes we use for our company have our return address pre-printed on the envelope already. I used a blank envelope for him and when I printed, it asked me if I wanted to use the return address for my default return address. I'm so used to clicking through that so fast, I did it without thinking and now his address is always there and I have to manually omit it. Can anyone tell me how to delete it so I don't have to worry about it? It's a real nuisance as most of the envelopes I print are for the company and not individual envelopes. I print on an HP Deskjet 895 Cse. <img src=/S/bash.gif border=0 alt=bash width=35 height=39> <img src=/S/bash.gif border=0 alt=bash width=35 height=39>

    Select Tools | Options...
    Activate the User Information tab.
The Address box contains the address you specified. You can clear it, or change it to your address.
    Click OK.
