Copying parts of contacts (Outlook 2003)

I'm trying to enter a number of contacts from the same company, all of whom share a common address and central phone no. Short of copying field by field, what's the best way of duplicating the maximum amount of information with minimum effort?

    Thanks in advance.

I don't have 2003, but I would expect it may have the same facilities as 2000:

Open up a contact, then Actions > New Contact from Same Company may duplicate all company information to a new (blank) contact.

Otherwise, create a new contact with all the common information you require, then with that contact selected in the Contacts view, Edit > Copy, Edit > Paste.
