    The report footer always prints at the end of the report, i.e. on the last page. Do you mean the page footer instead of the report footer?

    A report footer will always print on the last page only.
    Are you sure you use the REPORT footer and not the PAGE footer ?

    Yes, sorry everyone, I did mean page footer.

    I have a line of text that I want only at the bottom of the last page.

    A report footer puts it on the last page but not necessarily at the bottom

    Re: Make report footer only print on last page (Ac

    Create code in the On Format event of the page footer:

    Private Sub PageFooter_Format(Cancel As Integer, FormatCount As Integer)
    Me.SomeTextBox.Visible = (Me.Page = Me.Pages)
    End Sub

    where SomeTextBox is the name of the text box you only want to be visible on the last page.

    Note: you must have a text box in the page header or footer that refers to the number of pages, for example with control source =[Pages]; this text box can be hidden if you prefer. This forces Access to calculate the number of pages in advance.
