Exporting Outlook Notes (Outlook XP)

I have a number of notes in Outlook that I would like to move into a Word document. Is there a way to export a series of notes without having to open each one individually, then saving as rtf files in an appropriate folder that can then be accessed by Word?

    Thanks in advance.

Selected a number of notes and saved as a text file. Could then open in Word. Thanks

(Edited by JohnBF on 23-Feb-05 13:51. )
It appears that in Outlook 2003 File | Save As does not save all the note text when multiple Notes are selected and saved into one text file, but see if this is different with your XP installation. If not, the only other way is with VBA code.

EDIT: You can select the entire individual note text and copy-&-paste it into an open word doc - repeat for each Note - wouldn't that be faster than saving to disk?

And all the note text was there? Cool. Outlook 2003 won't let me do that. Mumble, grumble.
