Form doesn't honour its Record Source (2000)

The FMazG1K form of the attached mdb has as its Record Source the MazG1K table yet on startup it displays records from the MazG2K table.
    What's the deal?!?!

Your database is corrupted. You have code modules for non existent forms and report.
Create a new empty database and import all the objects.

Your database is STILL corrupt. How many times do I have to tell you that?

Create a new blank database and import all objects into it. If I do that, the form displays records from MazG1K. And it is less than half the size.
