Mark Entries for TOA (2000)

I am trying to generate a Table of Authorities by marking citations. My problem is that some won't show up at all.

I tried to decode some of the hidden markup language that word uses but it isn't clear what the entire second entry for each cite does.

Example:
66 Fed. Reg. 22991, { TA 1 "66 Fed. Reg. 22991" s "66 Fed. Reg. 22991" c 8 }
does not produce a TOA entry at all! (The 8 is defined as a title with Federal Register and works for other entries).
The help system is worthless...

You have used a switch 1 (the digit one), but it should be l (letter L). The L stands for Long, just as the S stands for Short.

Thx - that fixed it - looks like I was trapped by an old, old confusion...
