    Subject:- Organising Contacts

    Background
    I have been working on modifying the OL2K contact form for our organisation and as we have 500+ staff, we have 2 forms of email addresses for people. 1 personal i.e. the persons name@, which everyone in the organization has and another for the managerial position@ that the managers occupy, plus the home addresses that staff have with ISP

    1) use the position in the name field
    2) sorry, that's a limitation of IMO mode. corp mode allows you to use up to 3 email addresses

    1) that is what I have been doing, just thought there was a better way and i could re-order the "Select Names" box.
    2)makes it a Very big contact folder.
