    Re: Access 2000 (9.0 sr-1)

Do you mean the number of months and years in one field ?
    Try
    Difference: DateDiff("m",[Date2],[Date1]) Mod 12 & " Months " & Int(DateDiff("m",[Date2],[Date1])/12) & " Years"

    Date difference in years/months (Access 2000 sr-1)

Subject edited by HansV to be more descriptive than 'Access 2000'

I'm trying to write a query that shows time of service. I have a beginning date and an ending date. I've used the datediff and can show this time in years or months. I need it to show both. any suggestions? TIA, Susie
