Re: Free the balloon

    Cheat sheet for level 1
1/ Open the door by the bell
2/ Click on the man sitting on the crane
3/ Click on the button to pick up the explosives
    4/ Click the lever
5/ Click on the "gun" to fire a ball that will cause the explosives to be dropped releasing one end of the balloon
6/ Click the lever & then the button & then the lever again to pick up second explosives and leave them over telegraph pole
7/ Click on the electrical box to overload the bulb and then quickly click on the button to drop the explosives before the second end of the balloon is released

    Level 2 is easy.

After doing level 3, I'm almost glad there isn't a level 4 (yet)!

    Re: Free the balloon

done level 1 and 2. I found the pivot bar (and blew it up a few times) but that is about it. I cannot get the forklift truck to do much but I did shoot some baskets.

I think what you need to know is that you can click on the actual lift of the forklift as well as on the lever and button.

yup - found that too. When I do lift the lift fork platform and drop a box on it, it breaks - it must be something else hmmm

    Re: Free the balloon

this is getting really annoying. I can appriciate that it would be better if I found the solution myself but

Anyway, this is what I have found ...

guy playing basket ball - doesn't appear to do anything

button just about basket ball guy's head - doesn't appear to do anything

button up the top near the light - doesnt' appear to do anything

guy letting out boxes (3 crates, 2 red exploding boxes, rest brown boxes that break)

wooden plank under belt - swings and can hit red boxes onto platform - other boxes ignore it

guy with fork lift - I can drive forward, backward, i can raise and lower the lift, i can click on the lift (doesn't appear to do anything)

i cannot get the lift under the boxes, if I put the lift where the boxes land they break my lift

i can raise and lower through the lift the boxes if I click in the raise button while the box is falling
What I think I need to do is ...

clear the boxes on the right out of the way (somehow)

know a red box over to the boxes on the left

get one of those boxes to fall onto the spring thing (above basketball guy)

press the button near the spring thing that throws the box up to the top platform, that knocks the other red box down and ...
So, how close am I?

Interesting observations. A little hint or two.
The man at the bottom needs to get onto the fork lift, you need to get him past the various boxes and onto the "spring thing"

    Re: Free the balloon

Not very! although you are right about the ball.
    You need to think about:
the little man needs to get up to the top but will only climb one box
    you have access to explosives
forklifts can lift other stuff besides boxes as long as the other stuff is in the right place
    does that help?
    Regards,
    Rory
