    Outlook Forms (office 2000)

I am trying to install XPrint / ActiveX controls to print outlook forms in wysiwyg. The installation starts, jumps through the middle and says finish. It does not do a complete install, but does not give an error message. I tried running the setupex.exe addin from both a map root drive and the hard drive, but it does not change the installation.

I also get the error "LoadLibrary 'xprint.ocx' failed but not during the installation.

Do you mean the Outlook custom forms print add-in and ActiveX control. Do you have rights to install it on the machine you are working on?

Yes, the Outlook custom forms print add-in is the one I am trying to install. I am also the administrator of the station.

I didn't have a problem installing to XP, though I had to close and restart Outlook. See if the regsvr32 tip on OutlookCode helps.

Setup tells you it installs all the files to one location, but it doesn't. It appears that XPrint.ocx and XPrint.chm are installed in

    crogram filesmicrosoft officeofficeaddins

but I'm guessing that it also installs FRMRDRCT.DLL and FRMRDRCT.ECF to

    C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice10Addins
