Outlook Pop up when sending Mail from Access (Acce

I have an Access database which sends mail directly using Outlook.

At the moment I use a DoCmd.SendObject command
    or
Open an Outlook object and create a mail item

    It depend upon the task

However, when mail is sent like this, two annoying things happen and I am not sure why.

    1. We get a message from Outlook saying that another program is trying to send mail with Outlook.
I also get this on a WEB page form.

How can I prevent this pop up from showing.
It seems to be part of Outlook not Access

    2. When the mail is sent, it sits in the Outlook Outbox, but is not sent right away
This is a bit of a pain.
It stays there, even if Outlook is set up to send mail immediately.

Any suggestions or better still solutions to either of these would be gratefully accepted

See <post#=317048>post 317048</post#> for three different options. ClickYes is the simplest one.

Thanks Hans. Click Express works for me.

Not using Exchange server yet so will bear that in mind for later.
