    Windows Media Player (Win XP home)

    A friend of mine was having problems with WMP so she uninstalled it and then tried to just reinstall. But it won't let her, It say's Unknown Publisher. What does that mean?

    Yes, She said it was WMP 10.

    AFAIK, you can not uninstall WMP10. You have to use System Restore. Anyway, as long as she is downloading from Microsoft the message just means the file is not digitally signed. She should be able to ignore it.
