Grouping Mail Merge Data (Word 2003)

I am using an address list stored in an xls file as the data source for a Word mail merge. The data includes address information and a User ID associated with each addressee. There are multiple records per user ID.
I need to generate a list of addresses for each User ID. The results have to be grouped by user ID, and then start a new page for a new User ID.
    Can I group in Word?
    Thanks!

Re: Grouping Mail Merge Data (Word 2003)

You should be able to use the technique described in How to use mail merge to create a list sorted by category in Word 2002 (mail merge in Word 2003 works the same as in Word 2002). It's not trivial, so read carefully, and try it out on a copy of your document first.
